This was my first time working with the Unreal Engine back in 2013. The project was done for an USA based property developer, to provide digital representation of their apartment building in Barbados.
I was required to build model of the apartment in scale based on the blueprints provided by the client. After building the model in Maya, I took it to Unreal Engine to be able to render the flythroughs in real time.
Texturing done in Photoshop.
I was the sole person working on this project during my time at PolygonCGI, London.
