About Me

I am 3D-artist currently residing in Beijing, China and working as a Senior Artist at Noitom Ltd. With Noitom I have had the pleasure to work on very exciting and cutting edge VR projects, using the latest technologies available.

With over 5 years of professional experience in both digital and physical design and modelmaking, I’ve become a versatile thinker, combining both the artistic vision with a more practical thinking approach I learned during my time working at a workshop on more hands on projects for film, TV and exhibitions.

I have always had a soft spot for a character design and I often tend to come back to the subject though multiple mediums. Such as life drawing, sculpture, and these days mostly through digital sculpting/modeling.

During 2014-2015, I worked with a London based CGI boutique, PolygonCGI. Working with clients such as, Jaguar & Land Rover, Audi, Rolex, Skoda. Most of the work involved creating interactive car showcases for VR and mobile use with highly optimised graphics, and creating architectural visualisations of new property developments.

While living in Wellington, New Zealand, I had a great opportunity to work within a team of highly skilled and amazing artist. Becoming a lifelong friends with many of them.

These are some of the projects I worked on during my time at Karactaz Animation:

ITV’s Thunderbirds Are Go! (2015-)
::Character 3D-design and modeling

Marvel’s Avenger’s Assemble
::Script breakdown and designing 3D-assets from brief, script and storyboards. Modeling/lighting/rendering environments and prop assets, such as weaponry and vehicles.

Marvel’s Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.
::Script breakdown and designing 3D-assets from brief, script and storyboards. Modeling/lighting/rendering environments and prop assets, such as weaponry and vehicles.

At Human Dynamo Workshop I worked on various projects such as making giant whale hearts, 1.3x scale replica of 1947 Citroen truck, casting/prop making for the TV-show Spartacus and 3D-modelling to help restore a hundred year old church.
